but this one is :

* uses PHP, Mysql
* Can be installed on your project's site and translate your application online.

important notes:

* exporting mo files and reversed op files doesn't work because of Berlios's hosting restrictions.
* This system is online for demonstrating only. do not use it to store translations. if you wish to use it for translations you should download the sources and find a webhost for it. it's still in early development stages - the database will be changed and dropped once in a few days or so.
